If there is a highest rating available for Lee as a broker, he far exceeds it! He has guided me through (3!) real estate transactions in the last 12 yrs and I wouldn’t trust anyone to do it as well. He is calm, measured, incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always focused on the client’s needs. He will also be firm and realistic if the client needs it. He has a great team that he can connect you with in the buying process and he vastly helps reduce the usual stressors of purchasing a property. He also has unique knowledge of the challenging NYC/Manhattan real estate landscape that can only be developed by years of experience and also an inherent ability to read the market trends. If you can’t tell already I recommend him with full confidence and he is truly the BEST at what he does!!!! one last comment- I used him as an inexperienced buyer and years later as one who was very experienced.
